You pose an interesting request. For the batteries, why would you need 20 batteries as the PW9120-700 has 2 internal batteries, the PW9120-1000 has 3 batteries, and the PW9120-1500 has 4 internal batteries? If you want extra batteries to sit on the shelf as spares, they will self-dicharge to dead if not recharged every 6 month. The Haze batteries are the usual Chinese junk batteries. I have done a load test on all in my shop. The only batteries for the PW9120 that I will use are the PowerSonic PS-1290 F2, rated at 9.0 Amp. Hr. These will fit and the 9.0 amphr rating is the only one that will match the original battery life.
For the circuit board, I assume you are looking for the large PC board inside the UPS. These are probably hard to find - maybe Gruber in Phoenix can help you. Are you having problems with the IGBT's in the PW9120? Usually other problems occur in the PW9120's, not the inverter.
