your problem could be related to a dispay board or possible CSB board.

SOURCE: HOW MUCH WILL IT COST

You pose an interesting request. For the batteries, why would you need 20 batteries as the PW9120-700 has 2 internal batteries, the PW9120-1000 has 3 batteries, and the PW9120-1500 has 4 internal batteries? If you want extra batteries to sit on the shelf as spares, they will self-dicharge to dead if not recharged every 6 month. The Haze batteries are the usual Chinese junk batteries. I have done a load test on all in my shop. The only batteries for the PW9120 that I will use are the PowerSonic PS-1290 F2, rated at 9.0 Amp. Hr. These will fit and the 9.0 amphr rating is the only one that will match the original battery life.
For the circuit board, I assume you are looking for the large PC board inside the UPS. These are probably hard to find - maybe Gruber in Phoenix can help you. Are you having problems with the IGBT's in the PW9120? Usually other problems occur in the PW9120's, not the inverter.

I have a Cobra 1500W power inverter. The alarm is going off when the inverter is shut off. I drive a truck and have unplugged all appliances from the inverter and the alarm is still going off. What

I can only give some general thoughts on this, I have patched up a few inverters.
Their core parts rely on a component called capacitors these over time degrade with heat which reduces their manufactured value this will mean they fail to fully do their job. The usual result is not providing a smooth supply rail allowing voltage spikes which trip over and under voltage sensing firing off the alarm, more so when not loaded with appliances as spikes can become large.
Your appliances would be snubbing out these through their loading but this can be trouble because they are absorbing this extra energy which may damage them eventually.
This situation will possibly get worse with the inverter failing, it will need a service engineer to work on it or to purchase a new one if there is no local regional repair place.
Look up faulty capacitors in power supplies on the web for an insight.

Hope this helps........

9120 Battery Failure

sounds like inverter is unhappy(causing the input fuse to blow. maybe, just maybe, this Powerware 9120 has given up the ghost? The inverter can short for a variety of reasons. Try to take out the battery completely, and run it as just a power conditioner. If that works, then you have an unhappy inverter in there.
