probably on the petrol cap as a 50:1
If not any where between 20:1 to 50:1 will run
only 2 stroke oil ( not engine oil)
watch the smoke from the exhaust and the correct mix is just visible smoke at rpms
smoky will be too much oil(20:1) and no smoke will be too little oil(60:1)
stroke motors do not like ethnol mix fuels as the jets are not right. It could be a cause of it not starting. Wrong oil (engine oil instead of 2 stroke ) will also cause problems as the oil will not pass through the jets.

My eskimo ice auger with a 3hp 2 cycle engine. Model number is AV 520. Starts and Idles very well. Does not seem to get enough gas at the high end or want to run wide open. Any ideas?
Hello. It couldnt hurt to try shimming the blades. This works for the Mora hand augers.I have an old Jiffy and it cuts better if the triangular point has a good sharp bevel filed on its edges. Happy Fishing!!
