Try typing in your Id first & then look toward the bottom of the menu box & see if there's a CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT & click on it & follow the prompts

You cannot retain the forgotten password because no one has the password but you. Since you have forgotten the password you can only be prompted to change the password to something else you can remember if you answer the security questions correctly .

Do you have an alternate email address? usually what happens if you dont remember both things its either you could redirect it to you alternative email address.
Also pls bear in mind that when you use a password it should be a word or phrase that would really stick to your mind. With regards to security answers you could try to answer it at least 3x in a day.

Select that your account has been compromised. From here you should be able to reset it by verifying some information. I had to do this in gmail one time for my step-sister. Hope this works!
