Model 88058 Honeywell Wine cooler, my mistake, the capacitor in the upper LEFT corner had bulging rupture disc groves, replaced, with higher voltage, about $1.50, now works great
A continuous flashing red light with the word LAMP on it would definitely mean you're going to need to spend a few bucks on a new lamp....or for a few more, upgrade to a TV from this century that doesn't require lamp changes :)
The flashing Orange light means the charge is flashing. The flashing Green light means the focus and exposure are not correct.
Have you recently replaced the batteries? Or are you using rechargeable batteries? Lack of enough "Juice" could allow for the flash to not charge up (Orange) therefore not allowing the camera to get the correct exposure (Green). I would try new fresh batteries or a new battery pack. If that doesn't fix the issue it must be a bad circuitry in the body that is shorting not letting the flash charge.
