If its same as the Faxjet 555, try looking on the Sagem Communications site, under support. I noted the lable under the machine does not say Philips, but Sagem, and have, I hope downloaded the english instructions.

I have the manuel you need by copywrite laws prevent me from copying it for you. I do however have and address and telephone number that you might be able to purchase one from them.
