I'm about to pull my hair out. I've spent hours atempting to print greeting cards out. I'm using Printshop Deluxe Version 20 and attempting to print to my HP Photosmart C4180 printer.
Designing the card isn't a problem. When I go to print preview the design is off the page with a small portion of the image in the right hand corner of the paper.
How can I get the image/design centered and printing properly. I've scaled, changed paper size and nothing helps.
Thanks for your help.

I also contacted HP and they directed me to a workaround which I have not implemented yet!
SOURCE: need to print a half-fold card envelope with HP Photosmart C4480
I'm printing wedding invitation envelopes (or A6) and had to set both my C4480 and psc1315 to a regular size 8.5x11 letter size but changed my margins to reflect the smaller size for my envelope with the left side of the screen being the more narrow margin. After adjusting the top margin accordingly, I fed the envelopes, flap side down and straight into the printer and voila...envelope addresses are printed. Good luck. Blu

There is a workaround for this problem by tricking the printer.
The paper sensor, on my printer model hp4500 seems to only sense the paper at the beggining of the print job.
What I did to trick the printer to print on odd size paper is slide the paper adjuster to 8.5 and put a regular white sheet in. Then put your odd size paper under it. When you print your document set the number of copies to 2 and print.
The printer is going to sense that the paper is correct, and start the job.
Here is the tricky part... once the first 8.5x11 sheet is almost all the way through quickly slide the paper adjuster over to match the size of your odd width paper. The printer should pick up the odd paper and print the second copy. Fool you printa! You should be able to do batches of odd paper size under the first 8.5X11.
I hope this helps.

HP has driven me nuts too, but maybe my troubles can help you, but need some more info.
First, have you had success with this same software and alternate printers? Or is the printer exibiting problems with any other programs?
Second, are you trusting the preview window or have you actually gotten hard copy that is out of whack? I find that some of the previews are not entirely accurate.
