My boiler is 4 yrs old, was working fine then it cut off and error code e34 came up so i switched it off and put it bk on and error d65 came up and then e34 came bk up... if i switch it off then bk on it stays on for 5mins or so
You need to service the boiler and more likely to remove the restriction ring in flue, as only serving not always work or work only for short period, as boiler get older it is struggle to move exhaust gases out from burning chamber so it need good clean for fan, heat exchange , and there is restriction ring just befor L bow which need to remove so gases can flow better.

have you tried to put some cleaner into the system it siounds like you may have a circulation problem

it means that the boiler wants to be serviced, the boiler will still work fine. Once the boiler has been servcied, there are a succession of buttons, that need to be pressed, to tell the boiler that it nhas been serviced. then 365days after it will do it again. Its there to prompt you, to get the boiler serviced
