Question about Konica Minolta bizhub 350 All-In-One Laser Printer
For the last 3 weeks Minolta are trying to fix the current problem we have with our 3 month old machine. As soon as we put paper into the Automatic document feeder to copy of scan the machine gives the following "error" message: Original already on original glass". there are nothing on the glass and you can't copy or scan from the feeder. They have reload software etc, but still no fix! HELP
I usually go into service mode change the setting from table 2 to table 1 that solves the problem

Setup for adf if is new machine u have the setup **** for adf
the setup **** (A4 page) with black border
