I recently purchased a winait cd151 binocular/digitalcamera which is sold as a Seal- model no DS066888 in the UK. I followed the instructions on the installation disk but it would not open and then tried the trouble shooting tips but still with no results. I am using windows vista. I get the message that windows has found software for the device but could not proceed as it could not find the file. I have also tried to update the drivers on device manager but I get the message that drivers are not present or not required for this device. I would be very grateful for any advice you can offer or the address of a website I could go to for more information. Thankyou.

Looks like we have al purchased the same item with the same problem however it looks like its a good rip off.
If you check the box and instructions their is no mention of vista as pointed out by the customer service team number on page41, who seem to be well briefed over the problem as they can lead you to page 35 after a long awaited answer which states XP and MAC.
They can send out an updated driver which will need payment and is not when asked spicifically for Vista or inclusive.
Its nice to know I was not the only person who purchased this great deal
Sounds like I have the same problem. A christmas present bought from shopping channel....manage to install the software but when i connect the binoculars via the USB lead and it tries to install software for this i get a message that there is a problem - refers me to manufacturers website to download the software but no website given or mentioned in the instruction manual.
My brother brought this for me as a gift - bit of a white elephant by the looks of it if you are running vista. Anyone any luck with an alternative driver maybe? According to information given when I tried installing the supplied driver, the model name of my 'webcam is ViviCam 3350B'.
Could this be a thread to someone a bit more pc savvy than I?
