Evesham Nav-Cam 6200 turns on then sticks at the front page ( navigator, MP3 Photo, Setup) and won't go any further, tried hard and soft reset but nothing happens. can you help.

    my navcam turns on but only shows a blue background with navcam evesham on top left hand corner and it wont work even though i have used the off button.

    Mine is exactly the same sticks on the first screen and wont go any further, ive lost the cd so cant repair it either.

    I did the reset thing, but nothing happened. Anymore suggestions??????????

    No - neither the soft reset push button, nor the hard reset - the slider - neither one works. My screen is just stuck on the opening blue screen, showing Navigaor, MP3, Photo, and Setup. Nothing works.

At the bottom of the unit there is a tiny little black button press this in with a pin or needle and it should reset itself

I am having a same issue - have you tried to hard / soft reset. I have even replaced the NAVIGATOR.EXE file from the original CD and from NAV 2007 download but they did not work (if you have no idea why I am talking about in terms of "replacing files" please ignore).

Evesham navcam 7000 GPS problems
Try doing a hard reset, you will see another switch next to the soft reset... turn it off for 5 minutes and then back on and see if this works.
