I have an old Simpson fabulous 300 bench top stove in our beach house. We are unable to get the oven to work at full power. We have fiddled with the timer dials in the past and always get it going but it is a long time between sessions and seem to forget exactly what we did. A user manual via email would be fantastic. Unfortunately a User's Manual for that particular SIMPSON appliance is no longer available.


However the problem is most likely that your TIMER has been set to AUTO which will prevent the oven from functioning. The timer needs to be set in the MANUAL mode.
