Ignore answers provided. There is no online manual for a Jenn-Air 88370 drop in downdraft range. There is a wiring diagram in the wire tray under the controls. There are parts diagrams at many locations. It's very simple to use. Preheat uses both oven elements. If your clock/timer still works then turning the timer to just right of top center will result in a bell being struck about once a second. For the oven timer the left dial is duration the right is start time. The accelerated cleaning at 550 is not like the 1960's self cleaning. The oven coating catalyzes grease to oxidize, but if it's gloppy it will have to be cleaned manually. The downdraft blower itself can be checked through the door to the left of the oven and the lift-out slot. Check often, clean as required. The motor is all but unavailable but it lasts forever if the blower isn't filled with grease. The blower switch is hard to find from Whirlpool. The original OEM switch is still available, read the marks on the switch. The flexible blower exhaust boot will also fill with grease periodically, it's a dirty job, but it only needs doing every 5-10 years. The aluminum grease filters are still available. They last a very long time, just put them in the dishwasher when dirty.

Instructions to replace Jenn Air oven thermostat

To remove the control panel, open the oven door wide as possible. Remove the screws from the top of the CP and the screws from the bottom of the CP. Grasp the CP bu placing hands on the right and left sides of the panel, pull out and down to disengage. Depending on manufacture run you might need to lift up and out to diengage.
Have a cloth on the oven rack to lay the control on so you won't scratch the pretty facing. Once that is done you have easy access. Wear some rubber gloves doctor, this prevents harm to the electronics. Static discharge is a no no around expensive electronics. You can do this. Take your time. Piece of cake.
You will be able to check high limit cooling fan door latch and motors 9if applicable on your model) cool ain't it?

Accel Cleaning Setting

It's 'sort of' self cleaning. I just got done figuring it out. If your clock still works, you're supposed to set it for one hour of cooking. Turn the Selector to Accel Clean and the thermostat to 550. The oven fan should come on and the elements should heat. The door doesn't have a lock, which must explain why it only 'cleans' at 550°F.

Jenn air 88370

I have a similar Jenn Air oven approximate date 1982. It has a catalytic liner (colored a kind of dark charcoal  with paler flecks), so it is a continuous clean oven during normal cooking.  However, it also has the Accel Clean setting on the control knob. This increases the oven temperature to maximum and also runs the convection fan to burn off cooking residues. This allows the catalytic lining work at high efficiency, and burn off stubborn residues that are not removed at normal cooking temperature. The oven may emit smoke through the top door vents as the food residues burn off, so watch that you do not set off your smoke detector. I switch on the cooker hood fan and also put a fan in the kitchen window (blowing air out of the kitchen), to avoid setting off my kitchen smoke detector if I use Accel Clean.

Oven and stove top not getting hot.

The most probable cause is that the heating elements are getting 110V instead of 220V. Check the voltage to the heating elements.
