I urgently need a circuit-diagram or service-manual of Eaton Powerware 9120-700!

Charging of the battery is ok. All tests show no failures, but if the unit is disconnected from the power source, all outputs are zero. But the O/P Load is showing 80%!

SOURCE: 9120 Battery Failure

sounds like inverter is unhappy(causing the input fuse to blow. maybe, just maybe, this Powerware 9120 has given up the ghost? The inverter can short for a variety of reasons. Try to take out the battery completely, and run it as just a power conditioner. If that works, then you have an unhappy inverter in there.

Bypass failure is the same as your input unless you have a dual input. You lost power and the UPS did not hold the load because the batteries are bad. Replace the batteries and you will be ok.

Here is the 9120 documentation page but Eaton generally does not publish circuit diagrams for smaller UPSs like this. Some people may be technical enough to take a UPS apart but most aren't and it can be very dangerous. I suggest you contact the Eaton hardware support forum.

Is the fuse in a powerware 9135 user replaceble

There are numerous fuses (rectifier, inverter, charger, battery) on the 9135 that are located internal to the unit and not readily accessible to the user. Generally a blown fuse is accompanied by another component failure which caused the fuse to blow in the first place. As a result, additional troubleshooting and testing is usually required to identify the root cause of the failure. This of course leads to soliciting the services of a technician who has access to the schematics, test equipment, and parts to initiate a repair. Without the schematics, it's like working in the dark. For complete support, please contact Eaton (Eaton bought Powerware so now it's the Eaton 9135):

Hello, my Powerware 3105 beeps 3 times every 30 seconds or so. I think the battery is not working anymore because when I unplug the power source everything connected turns off. Can you confirm bad battery...

Your problem is showing up under the Powerware 9305 (a very large UPS) but your comments are about the 3105. It sounds like your battery is dead. If your UPS is over 3-5 years old, that's most likely the case. The website address to view the user manual is www.eaton.com/3105 You can contact Eaton directly, too. Eaton bought Powerware about 6 years ago. Here's the contact info. Be sure to have your serial and model numbers ready from the rating label on your UPS.

Our UPS powerware 9335 cannot be on anymore, only bypass we are using.

It's hard to pinpoint the issue without more information. You may just need to replace the batteries. I encourage you to reach out to Eaton (Eaton purchased Powerware about 6 years ago). Here is the product page where you can download the manual: http://powerquality.eaton.com/Products-services/Backup-Power-UPS/9355.aspx?cx=3
