Web camera Logitech Quick Cam Sphere AF

Hello there,
well, after the instalation of the drivers of the above mentioned web cam, there is no sound of the digital speakers ( Logitech Z 5500 digital ) no microphone, nothing. The scene that shows is beautifull, the camera works perfect but without sound. The system here is an Intel Quad, Vista Ultimate.
Do you think please that I must cancel the Bit Defender and the Antivirus system during the instalation, in order to instal the drivers without problems?
