OE is really DE (drain error). If the filter is not blocked, then check that nothing made it past the filter and into the pump impeller. Also, if the pump impeller has come loose from the pump shaft, you will have to change the pump motor. Just pushing the impeller back on will only result in it coming off again. I don't know if any adhesive on the shaft would solve that issue. I've never tried that as I didn't want a call back.
Pop the rectangular recess out from around the filter area. (putty knife at the right and left edges).
Remove phillips screws.
Tilt washer back.
Reach under washer and remove pump. (there is a tab on the bottom which locks pump onto washer base. If you break the tab, don't worry about it, the screws will hold the pump in place just fine)
Impeller does not just spin freely. It turns a third of a revolution at a time as you turn it by hand.
Remove any object or replace motor as needed. Motor held onto pump housing by three screws also. If you would have posted model number I would have listed part number.
