I am stuck with a client's Acer Aspire One ZG5 AOA 110-Bb, It was on Windows XP on 8GB Expansion SD Card. I took that card off to backup all the contents on it. After that, i tried many times but its not booting it with that 8GB SD Card, even though its working fine on my desktop computer. Is there any solution?
According to the Acer Support web site the Aspire One cannot boot from a SD card so you will need to give more details of exactly what problem you are having when booting this netbook.
The documentation for the Acer Aspire One AOA110 can be found via this link.

E-mail them. They have Flat Flex Ribbon Cables, from 0,5mm to 2,5mm pitch, and 3 to 40 conductors - so they have the cable you are looking for. Please rate me :)

Hello,
Select Netbook then Acer one, then AOA110,
under driver tab, find VGA driver, click it and download, that is you need for your windows XP
Testimonial: "Many Thanks. I was really a *******, but, believe me, in the internet page of Acer Support I opened, the VGA driver was not listed. Your Help solved my my embarassing problem. Thank you again!"

It was running on SD card and i took it off to make the backup of the data. But after doing that i put that in and it didnt work.
When you boot the netbook, press the F2 key and go in to the BIOS settings and check what you have configured in the Boot options / sequence - ensure that the SD card is installed when you power on the netbook and see if it is an available boot device that can be selected in the boot sequence.
as i said, winxp was running on it. it was booting with that card. because there is no hdd in it. :-(
Kalim, are you inserting the SD card into the correct card slot, i.e. the expansion card slot on the left side not the multi-card reader on the opposite side?
