Stroller won't collapse for storage

While standing next to folded stroller , place one hand on the front seat& another on the handle & pull handle up. This unlocks the stroller with a click (this separates the front & rear seats), then just continue to pull on the handle till it opens fully& clicks into place!!! I hope you find this helpful!!

On the handle of the stroller/pushchair there should be a grip that has a red button. Push the button and twist the grip away from you. There should also be a red grip on the side of the stroller about half way down. Pull that and twist the handle at the same time and push the stroller down. It should collapse.

I just had the same problem. Mine has two red brackets on either side up near the handle. You pull them up toward you and it should collapse.

The stroller has two struts that attach to the top handle where you push. Feel along the struts from bottom to top; about 1/3 of the way from the top (2/3 from the bottom), you will find 2 little "triggers", one on each side. The right-hand trigger will have a small button on it. Simultaneously press the small button and pull both triggers towards you. The stroller will collapse.

Take the carrier off by raising the handle and then lifting the handle with one hand as you pull the red handle on the back of the carrier with the other hand. Set the carrier aside and stand behind the stroller. There should be 2 matching plastic 'things' on either side of the stroller, just under the rubber handle. Put your thumbs on the rubber handle and your first 2 fingers on those plastic pieces. Pull those plastic pieces up with your 2 fingers and the stroller will collapse. I hope this helps!

Above the wheels at the rear of pram there are small levers that you must activate. I'm pretty sure you press the left one first (do not need to hold down) then hold down the opposite side's lever and push forward and down on the handle of the pram. If this doesn't work try pressing the levers in the opposite way first. Originally the pram would have had stickers "1" and "2" on the levers to dirict you how to fold. If in Oz look up Karisles on google and follow the prompts to download instruction manual.

The handle twists after you press the red tab on handle, there should be a red little flap than is the way to hold collapsed. A bag???? buy a hockey duffel.

hi I think I could help I bought a bertini shuttle as well if you stand behind the pram on the right run your hand down the right side of the hood there is a push up lever there mine is grey ok you need to push the grey? lever but also on the left and right there is a black lever you must push up al together hope this helps good luck from debbie
