I've just uploaded a service manual.

relevant info pasted below: --

Regulate a specific spin speed that generates excessive vibration and noise as follows:
1) Put an unbalance part (rubber) inside of the drum.
(this is a special weight that service people use. It clips into the drum. If you don't have it, throw in about 4 to 6lbs of damp laundry.)

2) Start the QC test mode (Refer to section 7-2).
7-2 says turn the washer off, then press 'spin speed' and 'soil level' at the exact same time. Then, while holding both buttons, press power to start "QC test mode"

3) Press Delay Wash button, then ' tst ' is displayed on lcd
4) Press the Spin Speed button repeatedly to select Extra High.
5) Press the Quick Cycle button, the spin speed is displayed.
6) Press the Start/Pause button.
7) Press the Beeper button repeatedly to set spin speed (600, 800, 1000, 1200 rpm) and check if there is vibration
and noise.
8) If there is no vibration and noise, increase the spin speed by pressing Beeper button.
9) If there is vibration and noise, rotate the Cycle selector knob clockwise to reduce the Spin Speed (reduce by 50
and 100 rpm). In case of 600 rpm, it can not reduce the spin speed.
10) If vibration and noise are reduced, press the Quick Cycle button to store (2 beep sounds).
* If you want to return to factory default spin speed setting, repeat above steps except step 9)

make sure the feet are leveled and your washer is on a strong floor before going through all this though.

SOURCE: LG Tromm washer wont spin through the spin cycle

This error generally happens when people try to run a bulky load, like a coat, rug, pillow, etc., using a high speed spin. For these loads, choose the low speed spin. After the cycle completes, if you think the clothes are too wet, power up the machine again but instead of choosing a cycle, just push the spin speed button until it shows the next higher spin speed (usually about 14 minutes will show on the display) and push start. The machine will usually be able to get to a faster speed now, as the clothes have some of the water spun out of them from the earlier low speed spin, allowing the machine to reach a higher spin speed without the Unbalance Error code showing up. Of course, you want to make sure the machine is on a solid floor with all the legs adjusted properly also.

SOURCE: bilink washnig & spining and machine not working

It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

Large loads won't balance & spin

Could be:
1. Broken spring(unlikely)
2. Bad shock absorbers (maybe)
3. Broken spyder-the Inner drum part that holds the drum to the hub(kinda likely). If inner drum can be moved without outer tub also moving in tandem, then broken spyder is likely.
Good luck

My lg washer shake s alot when it is spining and makes a loud noise please can you help

The washer needs to sit on a solid foundation for this to work. When the washer is spinning a load of clothes, push the corner of the washer till the noise or vibration quiets down. When it does quiet down, adjust the leg below to reduce the noise.
Good luck

Washer shakes when spining. More on heavier loads.

shaking is generally due to inadequate floor structure under machine; i.e. plywood floor. in addition, if the washer is on a "pedistal" it will make matters worse; as the center of gravity is away from the floor. in rare cases, one of the drum "struts" can fall apart; and, cause excessive shaking. if you broke the locknut on one of the legs, unscrew the leg, and bring it to the hardware store for a replacement nut.

Washer was over loaded came and shut it off and removed clothes to balance it out now it will do nothing but add a little water than stop no draining spining nothing

Have you tried balancing your washer? You have four adjustable feet under your washer. They are located on each corner of the bottom of your washer. They are only bolt threads. If you have overloaded your washer to which it is off set, you can adjust the feet to balance the washer. Be sure to unplug the washer first. Make sure you are clear of any electrical shock. Safety first!

LG wm2277hw front load shakes violently

Barry The repairman was right. The drum is out of balance because of the load amount .Thed clothes or items need to be distributed around the drom rather than just throwing in. When it comes to spin the imbalance causes the machine to shake and move across the laudry.

As it sometimes works This is probably when you are not doing a heavy load of washing, so it appears to work OK.
Pack it with less, also adjust the front legs a full turn higher than the rear so prevent walking when it spins. If you cant find the spanner that was included , just use an adjustable one.
