I have a Photosmart C4480 All-in-one and it has been an excelent product. However, now it reports that I have a paper jam and the instructions tell me to clear the jam from the back. When it tells me to press in the tab at the back, I really can't seem to do that correctly and I can't open the door. Could you please tell me just how to do that. Thank you - --Bette Lang

The video shows pretty much the same thing but doesn't go into the detail about how to avoid recurring paper jam messages like the web page does.

Issue:

A 'Carriage Jam ' error message displays on the product control panel. The carriage, which holds the cartridges, stalls against the left side of the product. A paper jam might have occurred previously.
