Hello there
You may not see a paper jam.

This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.

And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

"Clear paper jam" error, but there is no jam!

Use flashlight to shine inside of all possible visible areas of printers. Especially to the very right or very left. I'm sure you will find something. Remove it

Canon MP160 Printer error 23 message

It means "Paper Feed Error" Check your paper in the tray. Make sure it is seated securely with the guides. Take it out and fan the end of it.
Make sure your printer is set for the correct paper size you are using and that you are attempting to print on that size.
Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the paper jam door and gently push the paper roller up (forward) until you hear a click.

while you are there look again for any tiny scrap or jam of any kind.

Re-close the door. Plug your printer back in. Restart your computer. Turn your printer back on.

Let me know if this helps! And thank you for using Fix YA!

Printerjam

A paper jam error message will appear if the printhead is not correctly installed. Try removing and reinstalling the printhead again, but make sure it snaps into place. Try loading a sheet of plain paper and press at the same time copy+cancel; hold them down until the printer feeds the paper. The paper will go through the rollers and come out blank.

Try cleaning the rollers, it's the maintenance tab on the printer's properties. Maybe this will help.
