Hi, I am using Philips Go Gear 4 GB MP3 palyer. It has 3 GB free space but when I start the player, below message comes . Please tell me how to solve the issue "Memory Full Connect to PC &...

Possible that some of the files in the GoGear are not to the requriement of the player. So download the media converter and download the files to be transferred to the player. In the first place connect the player to the PC and move OFF all the files , delete the memory to be free and then reload using the converter .

Philips GoGear SA6045 need video support

All support for SA6045:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/dcbint/cpindex.pl?ctn=SA6045/02&slg=en&scy=GB

Media converter software should be used to make the video files
appropriate before transferring them to the player.
The Media Converter Software zip file is under this link:
http://www.p4c.philips.com/files/s/sa6045_02/sa6045_02_mcs_eng.zip

Note:
First check the format of the video files that can be converted in the media software. Remember that not all videos can be
transferred, having copy rights sometimes.

I cannot download files onto my GoGear SA5125 audio video player

Subscribe to an online music service that is compatible with your GoGear, such as Rhapsody's Mp3-Only service - I repeat MP3 ONLY - no other Rhapsody service will work. There are other choices, of course.

Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs to your GoGear, or Rip CD's into Mp3 format - I repeat MP3 FORMAT - using Windows Media Player.

Videos must be transferred using the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter that came on the installation CD. You can also get this program from Philips website.

You will only be able to transfer photos to your GoGear if you have used the installation CD that came with the player. It contains a critical file that Philips has never posted to their website called the Philips Device Plug-In.

Philips GOGEAR 4 GB mp3, unable to download videos to it

Merry Christmas Leo! Just got a GoGear for my son and my daughter. I used the bundled application to convert a DIVX AVI file to the Philips GoGear format. Then just open the Windows Explorer, locate the Video folder on the Philips (which should show up as removable drive). Then copy the file over as you would any other data file.

I need to convert video to my 4GB AUDIO VIDEO PLAYER

You need to download the Windows Video Codec pack, or download the latest version of quicktime to acquire more video codecs.

You may need some more detailed assistance after doing that.

If the video you are trying to convert is DRM-protected, then it is not compatible with your GoGear - and the Media Converter will not convert it.

Philips gogear 4 gb mp3 - cannot transfer dvd videos to player or wmp

The media converter will not translate certain copyright-protected videos (and it will not even recognize certain formats like flv)

Run the videos through an AVI converter first, then re-run the avi file through the media converter
