I'm interested in purchasing Monitronics home security system. Brinks and ADT are expensive. This comes in cheaper. Any experiences.

There is a plastic tab you will need to press to un-lock the door, it is located on the center rear of the unit, just be careful and don't pull too hard, it is plastic, this will expose the keypad and will require a code entered, you will need to pull this next cover down also ,again, another plastic tab holding it, should expose the area where there is wiring for a.c., ect, battery is inside compartment, need screw driver to open it, sometimes a screw was added to hold the doors, jfyi

Bad business practices! Monitronics bought my security contract from Network Security & did not change the alarm company name but I am still being billed $50 a month for a 4 years contract I signed up with Network Security & have had since installed 2 different other security equipment to include Xfinity & ADT. I think I am being held under a false contact since Monitronics never bothered to change the name of the security company on the contract. One more month, I'm done, after 4years of BS!
