SOURCE: how do you turn on

On the comfort zone CZ7007, the #1 rocker switch is for 600 watts, the #2 rocker switch is for 900 watts. If you flip 1 and 2 both to on you will get 1500 watts. Which is 600 and 900 added together. There is no down position, but only on and off.

Won't heat my studio - even on "HIGH"

Does it get hot? If so, that is all you will get! It is not made to heat a room of 20 X 15 X 8 feet high. That is 2400 cubic feet of air space that may or may not be insulated. You need a quartz heater or two that are designed with fans to heat larger areas (see the specifications on them). The oil filled radiator is to put next to your rocking chair or under your desk near your feet!

In the Comfort Zone CZ7007 is there a repaceable fuse & if so is it located above the thermostat inside the control panel cover and where can I find another. No heat from unit or lights in switch but

I''m replying almost a year later, but this may help others who are having this problem. There seem to be a lot of problems with the tip over switch in the Comfort Zone radiator heaters (this is the switch at the very top, inside the panel, above the thermostat). I had the same problem- no heat, switches weren't lighting up. I bypassed the tip over switch (we have never tipped over one of our radiator heaters, so it's not an issue) and connected the switch wires with a wire nut and then further secured the wire nut with electrical tape. Now the heater works as it should again.

Had both switches to ON, with the dial turned to 7 (highest). No lights on, unit is cool. verified outlet is OK, and tried several other outlets.

well obviosly he heater has electrical fault seek electrician, the lights not coming on means electrical fault on heater if new get replacement under warranty if not get electrician to fix for you do not attempt to fix electrical problem if your not a electrician or a restricted electrician, maybe an appliance fixing shop may be your best place to try but it sounds deffinatly electrical

My heater is smoking does that mean the oil is burned up or can it be fixed

That is a possibility, but for safety reasons I would recommend that you do not turn it on until you have someone with EXP look at it and see fit they can fix it or not.
