White lines and greenish color are showing up of monitor and on pictures

Cameral all of a sudden while on showed white shaking lines and image shows up greenish at times on monitor and also shows up this way on the taken picture. Camera is on default mode and no changes where made, this just started happening.

Hi,
You have to check for dry soldering in the base board of you mointor. The base board is on which is attached to the picture tube neck. In most cases there will be dry soldering in the pins of cathode diver ic in that base board. It will be difficult find out which pin have the dry soldering. Do on thing resolder all the pins of that ic. This ic cotrols the three cathodes of picture tube (red, blue, and geen) is any one did not get the correct drive that color will fail to display. In your case the red cathode is not getting the drive voltage. Thats why it shows only gree and blue. This is a reular complait for crt monitors.

you need to replace the convergence ICs and associated resistors you can get the repair kit at the following link for your model which contains the two ICs and all the feed resistors plus step by step instructions with detailed photos how to do the repair. Heres the link to the kit for your model.
