Hotpoint pump can be by the kickstrip at bottom front of machine or back bottom of machine behind the service panel hope this helps to replace pump is not that hard and you can find parts for your machine on Espears.

F03 indicates an open or short circuit thermistor, this is associated with heater element, so probably the water is not getting hot.
You need to check the heater and thermistor unit. access is from the rear.

turned out I hadnt turned the water taps on
check this and if not the problem could be the water sensor in the drum

depending on which version you have to
Press the 'Start / Cancel' button until ALL the console LEDs illuminate.
then either
1.Press both 'Start / Cancel' and 'On / Off' buttons together until 'd OFF' appears.
or
2. Press 'On / Off' and 'Start / Cancel' together with the top left option button (Spin) until 'd oFF' appears.
