Lots Of Time U Find That In S90 If U Select Flight Mode U Cant Press Menu Key To Change The Settings. No need to flash or format, Solution Is Just,
Dial- *#3646633# in the home screen, u will see engineer mode select5th option 'Misc' then 6th option 'Assert Testing' now your phone willrestart, now u can able to enter menu go to settings & select 'Dualsim open' mode.

enter this seceret code *#3646633# chosse the "mics" then "HIGH SPEED SIM" swict on the high speed sim and your phone will restart automatically with dual mode.
