Mother board not supporting sound driver.

If you have the cd installer of the acer aspire 3000 PC. Insert it to your cdrom drive and the autoplay will execute and load the cd installer. Install only the audio driver so that your hardware will be fix.

In case you do not have the cd installer, you can also download the driver installer from their official website and install the audio driver after downloading or visit this acer support website.

After installing the audio driver but still no sound, download this codec this will play all the multimedia format. Click this link and click the download latest version for mozilla firefox browser click save, for internet explorer after clicking the download latest version click the (To help protect your security) then click download file then click save button. After downloading, install the program just next, next and after installing play any multiplayer format. Have a nice day.

It is because you have not installed the sound driver check if there is any driver CD which was shipped with the system and then install it, if the problem persists then check the CMOS settings and check whether legacy audio is enabled or not

with out installing audio driver how will the audio comes.......
you lost *********** board cd which contains the audio driver..
google *********** board name and search for the audio driver and install it...

i am having a hcl laptop. after formating i have installed everything in my laptop again from driver cd given by hcl. but when i am installing sound system it is showing that the dives not support . what to do now?

You should install the Chips drivers or intall all the driver in series listed in your CD Utilities. Its good if you download the latest drivers of your system at www.asus.com or here: http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us

You should download for 64x2 drivers.
