M having htc touch and its touch screen is freezed.nd keypad is lock.plz help me out what to do
My touch htc screen freeze.how can i fix back.
I had the same thing happen to me, what I ended up doing is calling my mobile service provider and he told me to
1)do a hard start
2)download the lastest ROM patch for from htc.com
The hard start worked for me, but I lost all of my data on the phone. That was the only draw back. Hope this helps
Whilst the phone is on take the back cover off and disconect the battery this should reset the phone , replace the battery and start as normal. Also the phone slows down if you have not deleted your text message inbox,sent box, deleted box so keep on top of that and clear your cookies if you been on the internet.

I have the same problem and I took out the battery and restarted and it still is locked, touch screen won't do anything
im tryin to unlock my phone nd i cant cause da screen seems to be not working! i tried pressing unlock but it has no effect!

I have the same problem. I tired everything ,remove the battery the whole day hard reset,but still the screen doesn't work at all even the three button below but you can receive a call..
