Stuck on system check

first off try to pull the battery start computer without the battery if that does not work next try to enter safe mode windows 10 F10 Windows 7 F8 for safe mode. try booting it up to a post screen if that does not work you need the backup disk or the repair disk for that computer 1.follow boot instructions screen will pop up as a post screen select repair computer.if you cannot repair the computer as it says it failed you need to boot from the system disk try to upgrade the system with the disk so you wont loose data good luck please let me know if you need additional help. Most likely it is dead. If you tried a real factory reset, then just look for another tablet. Toshiba is not going to help you as, from my experience, they do not care after they sell you the prodcut and it gets out of warranty.

Sounds like you pulled out the camera without using the "safely remove hardware" function. Try this...remove the card and battery...press all the buttons...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.

Did you use the "safely remove hardware" command at the bottom of your computer screen or did you just pull out the cord? Remove the card and battery from the camera...press all the buttons...leave the camera alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on. Let me know if it works.

I think myou might need to rip the cd to your computer.And i tried ituns also it wont work because you need mp3 format.

I try this solution but it didn't work! I can select WHOLE but I can't select DELETE from the menu.
How can I do for restore the data storage or for delete all and formate the IC recorder?

For solving the proble do the following:
1. Check that all the power connectors are fixed properly without loose contacts
2. Replace the RAM with another and also by changing the slot.
3. If you had installed any Software or Hardware remove them
4. Restart the system and enter by safe mode once
5. Again restart the system normally

Your problem may have been caused when you removed the unit from the PC without using the "safely remove hardware" option.
What you need to do is download the latest version of Digital Voice Editor (I think we are up to 3.1 now)
When you connect the ICD unit it will probably give you a number of access errors
Ignore them and go to the IC Recorder Menu. Select WHOLE and DELETE. Delete everything.
After a minute or so the unit will come to life and you'll see the Directories that are standard in your unit.
Remove the hardware from the computer (safely! by closing the program first) and turn the unit off.
Now turn it on...... Bingo!
