My Whirlpool Dry Model GGQ9858JQ1 turns off in heat mode after a few minutes

My dryer will turn off after a few minutes whenever I try to dry my cloths in a heat mode, but it runs fine when I use the air dry only mode. It doesn't matter if I use the timer mode, or More Dry/Less Dry Mode; it still turns off.
This is a Gas Dry, Whirlpool Gold, Ultimate Care II Senseon model.

Yes, The it will turn off, eventhought the timer shows that there is time left. 10, 30 and even 60 minutes left to go. FYI, the Heater does work.

HI. thanks for the question. the motor seems to be at fault here. did you clean the venting from the dryer to the outside. , did you clean the lint inside the dryer. if not do that, thanks.

I have a Whirlpool duet gas dryer model WGD9400SUO. I can hear the heat turn on but it no longer stays on.

Hi,

Please make sure that you've removed all of the lint from your dryer prior to every cycle. Next, try to see if the varying the load size effects whether your clothes are heated or not.

If all else fails, please schedule an inspection by Whirlpool by calling 1 (866) 698-2538. Thank you.

Whirlpool Tumble dryer low heat, taking three cycles to dry one load

This caused by one of two possible things. Either you have poor air flow, or a clogged vent preventing air from flowing freely and therefor making the dryer short cycle, which in turn will take you two or three times to dry yor clothes, or the heating element has gone bad, burnt in half and is making contact with the case to provide it just enough power to barely heat. The second thing is a very rare occurance. I would turn the dryer on, find out where the air vents out to, and with the dryer running, go to where it vents and check to see if there is a strong flow of air. 9 times out of 10 that is going to be your problem. Another way to check air flow is to just pull the vent off the back and let the dryer run and see if your clothes dry faster. If you do it that way and they still take a long time to dry, then you'll probably need to replace the heating element

Whirlpool dryer model LER7646EQ1

Thats what it's supposed to do hopefully the clothes are coming out dry. The dryer has both thermal sesors and fuses that tell the dryer when to heat up and when to cool down. So yes the heating element will come on and go off multiple times in a cycle.
