You need to power on the monitor. second, push the power button so you see the list of camera numbers at the bottom. third, scroll over to the camera of choice, fourth, press and hold video on and off button on top of monitor. when red light begins to flash press the code button on back of camera so green light flashes. will sync from there..... best of luck.... any further problems feel free to email me [email protected].... i wrench on and build these exact systems and more for a living

Baby monitor will not sync

I just barely had this problem and was able to figure it out.

You need to hit the "ok" button on the side of the handheld monitor. It will only let you select "add camera".

Hit ok again and it will give you a list of 4 camera's.

Now at this point you will need the actual camera and handheld monitor. You need to hold down the "code" button on the back of the camera and select "camera 1" in the list of 4 cameras. This should sync it back and you should have picture again!

My camera is saying out of range can you help

Turn on both camera and monitor. Bring the monitor close to the camera. Press menu button and scroll down to "add camera"
Press and hole the pairing button on the back of the camera and press and hold the centre button on the monitor and hold for a few seconds. The monitor should soon show what the camera sees. Then just close up menu.

Green light on and no sound or picture

Turn on both the camera and monitor. Press the power button on the front of the monitor to access the camera selection menu. Make sure your unit is set to "cam 1". This should fix the problem.

How do I add an extra camera to this monitor?

I had the same problem, but just figured it out! The Instructions that come with the camera are wrong (obviously).
So instead of holding down just the "video on/off" button for 2 seconds...Hold down the power button AND the "video on/off button together for 2 seconds.
Then the power led will flash amber and you can hit the code button on the camera and it will work!
