Remove top cover of the fuser there will be a fuse that looks just like the new one remove and replace make sure it is the same way the old one was

Fuser problem is that the thermistor can be damaged due to overheating Fuser thermistor or try to replace the entire fuser, clean electrical contacts which could cause malfunction of fuser.Este indicated a specialist to handle this

These are the possible codes and the reason for occurence of this code in your copier
010-150, 155 -Too much or not enough paper in duplex tray
010-300 --Fuser thermistor, 010-302 --Low fuser temperature , 010-304-- Bad fuser temp, 010-308 --High fuser temperature or open thermistor, 010-310 --High fuser temperature , 010-312 --Fuser not up to temperature after energy save, 010-314 --Fuser problem , 010-320 --Fuser web finished , 010-330,327, 335, 340-- Exit switch, vertical sensor switch actuated when power is turned on

Warm up mode error

There is a problem with the fuser thermistor in that machine.
You can replace the fuser module you can try looking up on google a business called 'The parts drop" call and see if they can sell you just a thermistor. That's not an uncommon problem. Some of those fusers were made with intermittent thermistors.
Also, you can go into the machine setup and turn the power save OFF. A new machine will come with the power save set to 5 minutes and it will make you crazy.
