C150 frozen hi, there i have a sansa c150 mp3 player and unfortunately deleted all its contents and i have no driver cd,i tried the frim update but my system does not recognise when i connect the usb (i tried all the add new hardware stuff) but still my computer doesn't recognise my player when i connect. how do i get my player back?

    I have similar problem too. I actually reformat the thing then gone into the menu to change it to MSC mode then my computer can recognize it as a USB devise. I have copied lots of mp3 files into it and also a folder containing mp3 songs. After copying all files, I disconnected the player from the PC, then I got a message "please wait" on the player screen..... and it keeping on like that until the batery is gone!!!!! I don't know how to get it back now. All I have a sign of SanDisk appears on screen only and I can't do anything else.....

You need to reset your player to default settings...

While trying to delete files from c150 something happen one file

Sounds like you need to reset it, or possibly do an emergency reload of the firmware (which will clear the contents). Details can be found here
