I have an Aeroccino, which does not heat the milk. It stops after a while, then the button blinks, but milk is still cold, and there is no froth...What is the problem?
Sounds like the heating element has burnt out in the Aeroccino (its just not heating rather than actually chilling) and if you open up the Aeroccino you should be able to see where the heating element is burnt out by the bubbles / gap in the circuit board and you may be able to patch the break to make it heat again. Hope this helps
Seems like a.common problem with this product. Another thread exists on it; google aeroccino + freezer. What i found is, just heating the milk yp another way; e.g., the microwave for 1 minute, then, ... use the COLD froth setting by holding button for about 2 or 3 seconds. You'll get a good froth ... because the cold setting goes by time and doesnt use the defective temperature detection.
Try descaling, if the element is covered with scale it wont produce enough heat and pressure.

I have found (in common with others on this site) that you need to leave the aerocinno for a good 30 secs so it can ready itself. Then the button seems to work. Now my problem is that it isn't heating the milk. I don't know what the solution is for that. I am going to try it again today and send it back if it doesnt work. Someone else in the forum said it could be because it is already hot (if you've already made a drink) - but I am making mine from cold. Plus it isn't stored on the base when it is plugged in. So it seems very unstable.
the problem is the milk warmer section keeps chilling the milk, even when the ring of light is red. I know it does chill when light is blue but it is also doing it when red and making the milk frothy and icy cold on the red button. Please help......
