this happens due to the firmware problem ....
try giving the restore factory settings in your phone ...
if you still persist the problem then you just update the firmware of the phone that solves your problem ....
you can update the firmware with the normal datacable only ...
you can update to the latest firmware for your phone from the software called" Nokia Software Updater "...
you can download this for free from the website of nokia directly given below :
http://europe.nokia.com/A4579163
(your pc must be connected to net to download the latest firmware)
but remember dont disconnect the cell while updating the firmware is in process if you do so your phone will be severely damaged you can never use your phone ...
even the manufacture can t help with this if you interrupted during the firmware update ....
after you update the firmware all your problems will be solved ...
any doubts you can reply me
i am always here to assist you
thank you

To start, please note 34KB isn't much space at all. That phone has a minimum of 12 megabytes and a maximum of 8 gigabtyes depending on when you got your phone.
But just for size comparison, 34 kilobytes = 0.033203125 megabytes so you have plenty of space, those kilobytes mean nothing.
I don't personally own a Nokia phone, but from what I hear, all of
their phones have software on them called Lifeblog, it stores all of
your photos taken, and all of the calls you have made on your phone and
arranges them in a time line, this ends up taking up a lot of space and is a cause for many of the memory related problems.
Possible Solutions:
First:
Backup anything you want to keep with Nokia PC Suite
Then:
Reset your phone to factory default by either typing *#7370#
OR
Holding down 3 * green whilst switching it on.
Be wary when restoring any backup you have, being this will restore anything that your Lifeblog contains, reverting the problem.
And a final solution
Download "Y" browser here
Install it on your phone via your Nokia PC Suite.
Launch the YBrowser application (probably from new folder called DrJukka.com):
Locate the C: drive and open it:
Locate the Data folder:
Locate the Lifeblog folder:
Select Options, File and then Delete
Once the folder is deleted launch Lifeblog and select Update Timeline.
Hope one if not all of these helped =)

hi...
please do the following
1.Make sure your phone is fully charged.
2.Backup your contacts list and personal files to MMC memory card (if possible).
3.Switch on your S60 phone.
4.Press and hold these three keys together:
5.Press the power on/off to swtich off the S60 phone. Do not let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed
6.Wait a few minutes until the format is complete. Your S60 will now be at its original factory settings.
