My gemini xl 300's are out of pitch and am looking for replacement parts without success, i am reluctant to do the self adjusting and just want some new pitch faders?
I know i could do a self adjustment but have done this B4 on soundlab dlp3r's and didn't really get perfect results, can the pitch faders be replaced on this model? I cant find the parts anywhere! are the pitch faders im looking for (if they exist) generic gemini pitch faders or xl 300 specific? do you know if i could put my numark 1650 pitch faders or any other model faders in? please help me as this is effecting my mixing smoothness and aint really in a position to get ANOTHER set of decks as these are a compromise with the missus as she won't let me shell out on another set of technics (long story)

You MAY have contamination in the slider. You could try putting a little CRC226 into the slot and work the control. Use ONLY this product CRC226 available at Home Depot in the electrical dept/
Typically, one would run a single wire, 18 or 20 gauge will work, from the turntable motor housing to the amp chassis. I know the older amps have a ground screw on them,, but any chassis screw will work.
red n white phono leads from deck 1 to channel1phono ports on mixer
red n white phono leads from deck2 to channel2 phono ports on mixer
then output out to amp
on top of the pitch control there is a small hole, in this hole you can use a small screw driver and turn it left and right to free any dirt inside this is the master pitch control
