As 5mm from screen it activates things and when it touches the screen no action. I have tried the settins, and recalibrated. Even tried a new pen. It must be the tablet pc as I tried pen on friends identical toshiba tablet and it works fine. I found a way into the system hardware and i can disable pen or enable but dare not try it. Troubleshoot option says no\problem Driver updates/downloads have not flagged up issues. Short of banging my head on the keyboard - dontwant to by a replacement
