Mobo will not POST. I do not grt a POST beep. Tried clearing CMOS (number of times). I think I need a new BIOS chip. When I turn on the system the green pwr lght on the mobo lights & I hear the HD actuator activate. The HD access light stays lit. Other than that... nothing.

I went throught this and it is really silly. The P5N-T motherboard has a problem with some of the new energy efficient CPUs. The fix was to insert an older CPU and upgrade the bios and then it would recognize the new CPU. If you happen not to have an older 775 CPU laying around (most people do not), it might be easiest to return it and get a different board - or maybe the store can upgrade the bios for you.

N15235 stamp in on all there mobo every one for decades.
it means zero to you or any tech on earth this CERT
i think it is a Asian code, for sure not here USA ours is UL or RU.
here is your answer
power on and hammer Del key (if not for HP or Dell)
the main BIOS page shows now , new coin cell is a must.
then click bios default settings that resets CMOS NVRAM.
the set time and dead
then set boot order , in BIOS.
no problem stated, just nebular CMOS reset.
The voltage output onto the three main rails as you put it is 12 volts and 5 volts. As you say that there is no beeping, you must be getting power lights and fan spin up. This would indicate a failed graphics card. I may am only going on the information you have supplied. Although if there is no lights or fans it may be a failed psu. You also don't identify your PSU. if you have the one that came with the tower, it isn't surprising.
Have you tried clearing the CMOS by removing the battery with PSU off and then shorting the 'reset cmos" (or similar) pins on mobo?
Also found this on the ASUS web site under the specs for the P5NT WS board...
ASUS CrashFree BIOS 2 The CrashFree BIOS2 feature now includes the BIOS auto-recovery function in a support DVD. Users can reboot their system through the support DVD when a bootable disk is not available, and go through the simple BIOS auto-recovery process. ASUS motherboards now enable users to enjoy this protection feature without the need to pay for an optional ROM.
