I have installed the required driver but my monitor is detecting no signal from the DVI input on the card. My computer is not registering the card at all.
Are you certain that your mainboard is PCIE 2.1 and not PCIE 2.0? PCIE 2.1 cards like yours will not work on a 2.0 mainboard (2.0 cards will work on a 2.1 board, however) If this is the case, you will need to get a compatible card. If this isn't the case, have you tried this card in a different PC? It could also be that the card has a problem. The last possibility is that there are power issues. A couple of possibilities:
An external power connector (6-pin PCIE direct power to the video card) is unplugged. Check and re-test.
Your power supply (PSU) doesn't provide enough power to your graphics card & the rest of your system. Check your PSU's specs against the specs for your card. HIS recommends a minimum 450W PSU, and I would recommend a good quality Antec, Corsair, or PC Power and Cooling or Cooler Master product in the 500W range for this card.
You got a bad card, or else it shorted out, etc. during setup or installation.

right click on desktop click screen resolution and press Detect button. Also try updating your video driver. also try swapping out the cables with each other and try using a hdmi cable for the TV connection.
Verify that your Power Supply meets the requirements of the video card. Some Video Cards require a 400 Watt Video card. In some cases its always good to go higher than that, depending on how many devices are in your computer.
How old is your power supply? Some power supply's over time will not produce the same amount of wattage when it was new.
Is it possible for you to try the video card on another computer? It could have arrived DOA. In which case you may need to return it.
Did you try your monitor with another output (VGA)? If not, try it. So, you have to check and make sure where the problem is (display card, monitor, or cable). Try with another cable or monitor. This way you will know where the problem is. If you don't have another monitor, try the monitor you have with build in VGA output on motherboard by taking the display card out. Thank you, Tan
are you using a DVI to HDMI converter? Radeon cards older than x1*** series or roundabout didnt support hdcp on dvi which is required to run Hi-Def rez thru an HDMI cable on most TVs. A video card with hdmi prebuilt in or HDCP compliance listed on the box should be able to handle it. And you should find a resolution both your normal monitor and HDTV can handle to set the coimputer to before you switch it over to the HDTV to be sure it will still show you picture. If you arent using 1080P you might as well use a component input which doesnt require HDCP.
