It asks for Network Key means it locked to network ,You need to unlock it...ALCATEL OT 606 X and ALCATEL OT 606 One touch Chat are same,Get the Unlock code from the site Unlocking4u.com/alcatel-ot-606-one-touch-chat/rs6wp9/ and Unlock it.

Hi you have to call VIRGIN and ask them for your PAC code, they will only give you this if you have been with virgin for over 12months if you have not been with them this long or at all then the chances are they wont give you the code but you could still try, once you have the PAC code you need call O2 and give them the code and they can then give you the network key password.

the other option you have open to you is to take the phone into any independent phone shop and ask them to unlock it for you, they will charge you a small fee for this but after doing this you will be able to use the phone on any network.
