You can buy a new charge for Samsung mp3 player.it's very cheap.

visit a samsung store.

I would see if you have another charger, that way you can isolate whether its the charger or the battery. I would then contact Samsung to set up a warranty.

if it is not the charger itself then the charging port of the MP3 is bad then, it is either you give an engineer to repair for you or you take it to samsung customer service center for repair. But confirm first probably by using a new charger to see where the problem come from, because the problem maybe from the charger itself.

Hi buddy, it is a very easy thing to do. Go to any Samsung care office ,tell them your issue and they will get you the one you require.

I lost mine as well and after searching the web I found a web site called www.eforcity.com which had the usb chargers. It said it was for the Samsung YP-K3, bu that it is compatible with the T10. It was only $5.99. I am hoping it works when I get it. Good luck!
