Samsung RS21DCNS: Ice maker fills up but water dispenser does not dispense water

Look at where the water enters and follow the line. there are 2 valves. One for the water dispenser and one for the water tank for the ice maker.

is defective. Replacing the water valve should get you back into the ice making business. The 2319734 Dual Water Inlet Valve has two sides. One side is for the dispenser and the other side is for the ice maker. When one side goes bad you end up having to change the complete dual valve set. Sounds like you have the freezer temperature set too low.

The water dispenser in the door of my Kenmore side by side will not work. The ice dispenser does work. What do I need to do to fix it?

there is a double valve at the back bottom lhs. check continuity of both valve coils but doubtfull this is the problem. the fault may be that the filling tube is frozen. try looking in this area

press the reset button (black) on the bottom of the icemaker, the system will go through a cycle, and water will pour into the tray.
