My 2012 Honda XR 125 has two visible black wires running into the clutch lever assembly, somebody pulled these wires out of the clutch lever assembly but the bike starts fine without it I just want to know which wire goes where because I can't see any difference when I switch the wires in the working of the bike, is there a specific order for these wires?
SOURCE: electric start dont work
You probably have a bad switch
First look to se if there are any fuses
also see if horn works
FIX for determining if starter works
to find out take jumper cables and put the red cable on the plus side of the battery and the black on the minus side of battery(ground)
Put the black lead(ground ) on the frame of the bike near starter and touch the red to the starter lead( you may have to peel back rubber boot over starter nut
when you touch the starter nut it will spark and should spin over
if it does then you need to remove the screw assembly that holds the starter button and remove and clean it out with electronic cleaner (you may have to replace it if so go to honda shop and order new one
Good luck

if you rebuilt your carburetors you have made a mistake when you reassembled them a carb must sprsy a fine mist of "dry" fuel into the engine intake your carbs are flooding you need to check your fuel floats , jets and, don't forget to check the power piston circuit and, balance (sync) your carbs on the bike when you're done
your chuch is fine if you did not touch it

From a LIGHTLY seated position, turn both adjusting screws outward one and one half turns. This is the stock setting.
