I have IR 4570 error code E0000001-0002 i am reset this function this but this will not solve please help me

Reset the condition in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
if you still get this error you need to replace some parts

it might just be a power spike in which case your machine just shot an error while it protected itself...

try the following...
press additional functions
press 2 and 8 at the same time
press additional function
press code error
press copier
press function
press clear
press error
press ok
press reset

if that doesn't work then call a tech.

Okay, to be of real help you have to reset the error in service mode as the officetech1 said. To do this you need to press the head key (the head with the star inside) then 2+8 together and then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Then select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' then select 'ERROR' or 'ERR' press 'OK' then switch the machine off and on again. This may get it working for a while or a long time. But if not, you will need a fixing film unit to remedy the problem.

try to clear in service mode touch Additional funcion key then 2 8 at same time then additional func key again in that order screen should change to service mode then touch copier then function then clear then err then ok then turn off machine using main switch if it wont clear you have a bad fuser

You need to reset the code by clearing the error memory phone me on 07764303923 i am in england and will tell you how to do this

A E 000 code is a fuser ass'y problem. It will need to be rest in service mode...
