Apparently the Chef's Mark product trademark is owned by Bluestem Brands, Inc. It also seems that Chef's Mark products may be sold exclusively through Fingerhut, also owned by Bluestem Brands.

However, I have not been able to find any source for any replacement part for ANY Chef's Mark product, including your deep fryer.

You may wish to telephone Fingerhut Customer Service and ask about the availibility or a replacement cord.

I did check the Fingerhut offerings of Chef's Mark products and did not find your model of the deep fryer. I did find model number AD884SS:

If there is no replacement cord available through Fingerhut, you may wish to find and contact a local repair business for small kitchen appliances to find out if they have an electrical cord which would work with your deep fryer.

That depends on, among other things, how fancy you want it to be and how many people you expect. Feeding crackers and snacks to four people is a completely different story from feeding caviar to four hundred people.
