After initialization memory card and fix date & time, date & time are still 0

Take out your memory card afterwards fix it back then check your message settings and delete some of ur messages.

Go into the BIOS settings during initial power on boot up, often F10 or F2 are common. Check the date and time, if they are off, you should be able to temporarily boot by setting the date and time but you'll have to do it every time you boot. If the date and time is off, and you set the correct date and time and it still doesn't boot, you'll want to make sure it's booting to the correct drive.

When it doesn't boot, does it give you any error?

Hi there please follow the steps and let me know the result.
1. Ensure batteries are fully charged & clean the battery connector point in side the battery compartment.
2. Look carefully between the lens and the camera body for any sand, dirt or any damaged etc.
3. Try turning the camera with the lens facing down and shake to dislodge anything stuck
4. Try removing batteries and memory card, wait 5 minutes and refit the battery only.
5. Now turn on camera( with out card ) and see ,if working then fix the memory card & again turn on the camera. If working then fine . Otherwise format the memory card and fix back in camera again & try. Make sure before format the memory card take a back up all photos in your computer then format. If no luck then reset or restore the camera setting by pressing Menu key for 2 sec .. in not done the press both Menu & self time key for 2 - 4 sec.

Without knowing the make and model of this new camera I can only speculate on the problem however in my opinion you need to unlock the protected card I'm giving a diagram of an SD card here.

Slide this little switch to the top or towards the gold contacts.
Another thing you will need to do is format the memory card your camera may call this initialize.
Formatting a memory card makes it ready to accept information files from the camera. I hope you have your manual because without knowing the camera make and model i can only suggest where to look for this feature. Most often this function is in the set up menu, once the card is unlocked you need to find this format highlight it and press the okay button once done the camera will function properly as long as you have set the day date and time. Day date and time once set is held in the camera internal memory so you don't have to input the information each time you turn the camera off and back on again. Happy New Year

Issue with Ic Prologic.. Fail to initiate ..Camera got drop.. Board defect need service ... Try To...Take Battery off for 5min then put back on the battery then try to set date & time ..Sometime your have to set date and time before the screen apear ...if it so change your Battery memory inside the unit check on the main door battery for slot mini battery for memory

Pls. format the card.
Check if CD card lever is down/up
Test w. a different SD.
If your SD card is faulty there is a warranty on it.

You will find a setting that will date/time stamp the actual image when it's taken. Please take a look in your manual. Most cameras have this feature.

PROCEDURE
1. Initialize the system.
a) Enter the TEST mode.
b) Select "3:ROM UPDATE" and press SET button.
c) Next, select "5:SYSTEM INITIAL" and press SET button.
d) The following message appears.
SYSTEM INITIALIZE
START ...
PUSH OK KEY?
e) Press SET button and System is initialized.
"SUCCESS !" appears on the monitor.
2. Write firmware.
Update the firmware version"
Write the firmware.
If the TEST mode boots automatically, change "USB TCC ON" to "USB TCC OFF".
