Where can I find a k cup Portion Pack holder andfunnel for a Keurig B 31 Brewer?

Call Keurig. They will try to troubleshoot it and if they can't fix it will send a new unit out

Brewing a Partial Cup
If the brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:

• The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
• The brewer needs to be descaled. Please refer to the descaling instructions.
• The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup pack.

if off warrenty these machines are basically throw away. sorry

The settings are incorrect. See manual for setting up volume measures and reset.

Try brewing a cup, without the K-cup in the holder. As the brewing cycle starts, hold your finger over the return line to the reservoir (lift the lid to the reservoir; it's in the top, back, and it's white). Careful, there could be hot water there. Plug the hole off with a gloved finger and this will run the cycle longer, and may unplug it. Go through the tip cleaning again.
