When im no the phone i can barely hear the other person. Unless im on speaker phone then i can hear fine

Whenever i make or receive calls i can not hear the other person through my phones earpiece i can only hear them if its on speaker phone. And im not talking about the head phones its the actual phone thats not working

Maybe by mistake you reduce the volume on the iphone.

try the following during a call press on the right control up volume to see if that improve your sound.

if that doesn't work you should go to an apple store or your cell provider.

sounds like it is in headphone mode check if there is a setting for headphone mode.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Motorola I776, Only works on speaker phone.

Replace the flip assembly, the ear receiver is dead and thats why you cant hear, replace the flip and you'll be fine, its not expensive and this is a common issue with motorola flip phones.

Whenever I call or someone calls me I can barely hear them... The volume is turned all the way up and they can hear me just fine but I can't hear them. The speaker phone works fine but the ear piece isn't....

the ear piece speaker might have dislodged itself or maybe it is so dirty that you cant here nothing.try your hands free set..

I have the same problem since yesterday, and i have no idea how to fix it. Did you find a solution? When i make a call or receive one, i can't hear the other person unless its on speakphone, but the other person hears me.

When i try to dial out there i hear no ringing unless im on speaker phone then the phone works fine..also when people call me it rings but when i pick up i cant hear anyone unless im on speaker

One of 2 things.. either your main speaker is shot, or your phone needs programming. The new LG's often need further programming to be completed at your local service branch. Takes 5 minutes max.

Take the phone to a mobile reapir center and hvae them replaced teh ear piece and also the speaker.

dear replace the speaker of ur phone in k300 the speaker and ringer are the same if u not have new speaker then short both point of the speaker to gather will be ok.
