Hello, my amp recently blew its fuses and I have misplaced the fuses that were inside the amp. My problem is I don't know what kind of fuses to buy for the amp. I read through the manual to no avail. I even tried Geminis technical support number, but I keep getting an answering machine. Please help!

Because some component in the amp is failing/failed and drawing too much current. The amp needs a repair shop. Poking around without knowing what you're doing can expose you to leather voltage. Don't do it.
You shouldn't have replaced 30 amp fuses with 40 amp fuses.
The 30 amp fuses were in there for a reason.
You'll probably find that if you put the correct sized fuses in then it will work.
If it doesn't then you have burnt out or melted something and it will need repairing.
look in fuse box on inside , on your panel that tells you the order , theres a 10 amp with a blackcover on it . it says i.o.d on it thats the problem i was in the same problem , i changed it [it was blown] now everything works . happy to help
IT MAY MEAN THAT IT TAKES (2) 25 AMP FUSES IF YOU HAVE THEM OUT SEE IF IT SAYS WHAT THEY ARE OR OPEN IT UP IT MAY SAY IT ON THE BOARD OR THE FUSE HOLDER OR LOOK @ THE SPECS ON THE AMP SEE WHAT THE TOTAL CURRENT IS YOU CAN ALWAYS START WITH A SMALLER AMPAGE LIKE 10 -20 AMP FUSE ALWAYS GO SMALLER
Check the circiut board for any blown capacitors. Sometimes it's that simple as replacing a capacitor. But then again, what is causing the capacitor to blow??/ Hope this helps.
