I have a Relisys TL766-RU(B/S) monitor. When I turn on my pc the picture shows fine for 1 or 2 seconds and then goes blank. What is the problem and can I fix it myself? Thanking you for your time Laurence

90% of the LCD monitors failure are due to bad caps.
As you can see here:

If you have proper tools, you can do DIY repair.
If you are going to DIY and already try the monitor with another PC, and have proper tools and know safety precaution then please read on:
Most common failures in the LCD monitors are bad capacitors (bulging top/seal or leaking) in the power supply (they should be replaced in a set), blown fuses; poor solder joints, failed inverter circuits (blown fuse, shorted transistors, shorted/open transformers), bad lamps (poor solder connections or worn out lamps). You will need to open it up and inspect the inside, see example of failed monitors to get some ideas what to look for: http://s807.photobucket.com/albums/yy352/budm/
Post back what you see inside so we can guide you further and it will help out other people in the future also.

We have a relysis 1520 15" TFT, sound ok but no sign of a picture

peterobin378, Gee, wiz, sounds as if you have internal power supply failure. Inverter circuit can't source voltage and current to light-up the "cold cathode-fluorescent-lamps" anymore. Inspect it for BAD swollen, leaky electrolytic filter capacitors and or poor soldering ( cold or frosty looking) solder joints of surface and through hole components. 12fixlouie

All of a sudden there is no picture on my relisys 15" tft monitor, sound and channel change work, please helpnessa, thanks va

The fault is likely the back-light. The fault could be the inverter board that supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp or the CCFL lamp. The CCFL lamp is a mini fluro tube.

I require an adapter for my Relisys TL775 LCD Monitor.

Belkin makes an adaptor for nearly everything regardless of the country. You must specify which connector you have by name and what you wish to connect to for further help. Here is a link to a UK mag review which spells those designators out for you: http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/44632/relisys-tl775.html
If you need further advice please repost. Steve
